The 5th General Executive Council of the China Overseas Friendship Association was held in Beijing on 28th May, 2019. General Secretary of the Communist Party of China, President Xi Jinping met with the Council Representatives. The Council elected the Co-Chairman of ZAIF, Ben Shenglin, as the Managing Director of the Overseas Chinese Association.
